University of Worcester

The University of Worcester

The University of Worcester is a key partner in the success of The Hereford Academy. We aim to develop a real partnership with the University by use of the Aimhigher Initiative; by securing progression agreements which give our students better access to university places and by offering bursaries to support students living away from home.

University of Gloucestershire

University of Gloucestershire

The Hereford Academy is a partner school in the University of Gloucestershire Compact scheme. This offers students the chance to attend activities and receive guidance about Higher Education. Students from Compact schools who decide to pursue a HE course at the University of Gloucestershire will also be offered a bursary and extra assistance prior to formal registration

We are thrilled to be working with Peter Prosser Hairdressing as a key partner in our hair and beauty provision. In working in partnership with The Hereford Academy Post-16 students are offered the opportunity to study and train towards real qualifications and more importantly a career in hairdressing supported by the commitment not just to our team but to the future of British hairdressing as a whole.

"It is really fantastic to witness young people developing their skills with us and in turn launching a career that offers excellent prospects within such an exciting industry"
