Open Evening 2021
This year's Open Evening will take place on 16th September 2021.
We are hoping to be able to welcome everyone to attend a traditional full open evening in September (should COVID restrictions allow). This will be an opportunity for prospective students and their families to come and see all we have to offer here at The Hereford Academy.

Open Day Tours 2020
Year 6 Parents, following our very successful Open Evening on the 16th September, we want you to come and see how The Hereford Academy has changed. We were delighted with the overwhelmingly positive feedback from Open Evening and are inviting you to see our Academy in action. Come and experience our calm and purposeful learning environment, come and see how our amazing teachers and students have risen to the challenges that COVID-19 has presented us with.
We are offering:
- Students from Marlbrook have tour appointments available on the 29th September and 5th October
- Students from St Martins have tour appointments available on 30th September and 6th October
- Students from Riverside have tour appointments available on 1st October and 7th October
- Students from other primary schools have tour appointments available on 2nd October and 8th October
Please be aware that due to COVID-19 we are strictly limiting numbers and ask that only the Y6 child and one adult attends. We will need to take contact information for track and trace.

Year 6 Open Evening - 16th September
To book slots please reserve your place by either returning the postcard distributed by primary schools, emailing transition@theherefordacademy.org.uk or phoning reception. One adult is able to accompany the child, and small groups will be escorted around the site by Senior Leaders. Appointments on the 16th are by primary school:
Marlbrook 5pm
St Martins 5.30pm
Riverside 6pm
Other primaries 6.30pm
If you are unable to attend this open evening then we will be issuing information about our tours that will be scheduled at various dates over the next month.
