Here at The Hereford Church of England Academy we use the parental communication system ‘Arbor’., which offers parents an increased insight into their child’s school life.  When your child joins us you will receive an email, that will contain a link, to create your account.

Arbor is the most convenient way to receive up-to-date information about your child’s extended learning (Assignments), timetable, progress reports, attendance, conduct and much more, direct to your phone or PC.

From September we will only use the Arbor Parent Portal for our and your communications regarding your child/children:

• Student reports.
• Student Absences can be reported using Arbor.
• Student Attendence statistics.
• Parent consultation evenings.
• Student Extended learning (Homework).
• Student timetables.
• All Achievement and behaviour information.
• Detention notifications.
• Parents ability to update student and Parent information.
• Payment system for Meals, uniforms and trips (we will phase out Wisepay in the next academic year).
