IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR VISITORS

OPENING HOURS - The Hereford Academy reception is open from 8.00am - 4.00pm from Monday to Thursday and 8.00am - 3.30pm on a Friday.
*Opening times can vary during school holidays
*The Academy is closed during bank holidays

SPEED LIMIT - Please note the speed limit on The Academy site is 10mph. 

NO DOGS ALLOWED - No dogs are allowed on site, except assistance dogs.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING - Smoking and/or vaping is strictly prohibited on site.

PARKING - On arrival, please head for the main car park, which is located to the rear of the building.  During the school day (8.50am - 3.25pm) the gates to the main car park will be closed, so for access through to the main car park, visitors will need to connect to the intercom on the right hand side before the gate entrance; one of our reception staff will pick up the call and allow you through.

SIGNING IN - After parking your vehicle, please report to reception, which is located at the front entrance.   Alternatively, visitors can report to the rear entrance and connect to the intercom to call reception, where a member of staff will come and collect you to sign in (visitors may be asked to show identification).

All visitors entering The Academy during school hours MUST sign in and be given a visitors pass.

VISITING OUT OF HOURS - If you are visiting out of hours (evenings and weekends), please go through to the main car park (or the overflow car park if you are using the 3G pitch) and see the lettings caretaker before entering any facility to start an activity.  The gates will be open out of school hours.

DELIVERIES - All deliveries should be made to the rear to the building.  Please follow the parking instructions above and drive through to the main car park, where a member of staff will meet you at the rear entrance.
